my ufo sighting,drawing

has anybody ever seen a ufo like this?please email me if you did. i seen this low flying thing in the air just above street lights.thought it was a helecopter but it didnt have no sound and it also had a dim spot light down to the ground it flew right over me,it spun around to look at me then kept on going.picture drawing is close to what ive seen.when it lights up it is a orange glow coming from the middle of the craft. the time of this was feb 09 bout 520 in the morning.
